- New patients and confirmationsA new patient's file is created from the chat, and a tap on a reminder confirms the visit on your calendar.

Sample data
Follow one patient through a visit
This is Samer's sore throat, from his first message to his follow-up. Most of it happens without anyone at the front desk picking up the phone.
-
Sunday, 11:40 pm
He books on WhatsApp while the clinic is closed
The booking assistant offers real free times from your calendar. Samer picks Tuesday at 4:30 pm with Dr. Rasheed, and a reminder he can confirm in one tap arrives the day before.
-
Tuesday, Room 2
Dr. Rasheed sees him, with his allergy on screen
A red banner above the note shows Samer's penicillin allergy. The ENT pack lays out the throat and neck exam, Dr. Rasheed marks the tender level II nodes on the neck chart and picks the ICD-11 diagnosis.
-
Same visit
The prescription catches the allergy
He starts to add amoxicillin with clavulanate. MediPlan flags it as a penicillin before the line is saved, so he chooses another antibiotic and prints the slip in Arabic or English.
-
Thursday
Results come back, flagged
The CBC he ordered is entered against the lab's reference range. The high white cell count is flagged for him to review, and he decides what it means.
-
Same day
Sick leave in one minute
Samer's sick leave is issued from his file and printed. Issued documents never change; a mistake is voided with a reason.
-
Before he leaves
The review is booked, and not forgotten
Reception books his one-week review, and the WhatsApp reminder goes out the day before. If he misses it, he lands on the recall list with a message ready to send.

Questions doctors ask us
What is MediPlan?
MediPlan is medical clinic software in Arabic and English. It runs your appointments, WhatsApp reminders, patient records, visit notes, prescriptions, lab orders and results, medical documents, billing, inventory and team pay in one place.
Which specialties does it cover?
24 specialty packs, from general practice and family medicine to internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, cardiology, ENT, ophthalmology and more. They start switched off; your clinic turns on the ones it practises.
Does it check my prescriptions?
Yes. Each medicine is checked against the patient's allergies (including drug classes such as penicillins), duplicates, a curated list of important interactions, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and kidney function when an eGFR is on file. The checks are fixed rules, not AI, and they do not cover everything: you read the warning and decide. Controlled medicines are recorded but never printed; you write them on the official JFDA form.
Does AI write my notes?
Only if you ask it to. MediAI can draft the SOAP sections from your dictation, and every sentence shows the line it came from. It only fills what you left empty, and the note stays a draft until you sign it.
Does MediPlan work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen works in Arabic (right-to-left) and English, and each person on the team picks their own language.
How much does MediPlan cost?
It depends on your clinic's size and how many branches you have. Book a free demo and we will give you the price on the call.
How do I get started?
Book a demo. We set up your clinic with you on the call, then your team signs in with their own accounts.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. MediPlan runs in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android, with the same account.
Is my clinic's data private?
Each clinic's records are separated from every other clinic at the database level, and each team member only sees what their role allows.
